Student Presentations

Hey, students!  Want to meet new people, share your presentation skills with other students and interpreters--and earn $100 for sharing?  Submit a program proposal to present a brief 10-15 minute interpretive program during the Student Involvement session at RIW 2010-Midland to the Student Involvement Committee co-chairs, Amy Gregg and Dorothy McLeer!  The no-pressure, relaxed student session will be held Tuesday, March 30, from 4-5 PM.  Be there and share!

Room Info

There has been some confusion regarding room availability and room rates at The H Hotel for the regional workshop in Midland, Michigan.  When you reserve your room at The H Hotel, the following room choices are available, all for the same room rate of $85 per night, per room (not including an occupancy tax of 2%).

In order to secure this reduced rate be sure to make your room reservation by February 28, 2010. 

If you already reserved a room at The H Hotel and were quoted a higher rate, please notify workshop co-chairs Rachel Larimore or Dennis Pilaske at Chippewa Nature Center, (989) 631-0830, so the problem can be corrected.
