Get Involved in Region 4

The following committees can use your help.

Ways and Means Committee

We are looking for a new committee chair and new members from IN, OH, MI and Ontario. Are you interested in searching out environmentally friendly products for Region 4 to sell, or thinking of new moneymaking ideas? We have a place for you on the Ways and Means Committee! E-mail Teresa Rody trody@dnr.in.gov or Tim Krynak tjk@clevelandmetroparks.com to volunteer.

Training and Services Committee

The Training & Member Services Committee needs your help. We are looking for NEW committee members, ideas for training workshops, and did I mention...NEW committee members. Can you answer the following questions with a "YES"? 

  • Are you a member of Region IV?

  • Do you live in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, or Ontario?

  • Does the idea of helping generate training opportunities for your fellow Region IV members seem exciting to you?

  • Do you dislike e-mails that ask goofy questions like these?

Then YOU may want to consider becoming a NEW member of the Region IV Training & Member Services Committee. If you have any questions, or would like to volunteer your services to this exciting committee, please contact me at: kevin.arnold@metroparks.com.


Student Involvement Committee

The Student Involvement Committee is looking for new members! Students are the leaders of our future and the Student Involvement Committee is committed to helping them join and grow interpretation and Region 4. Please contact either Amy Gregg at algregg2@bsu.edu or  Dorothy McLeer at natrlist@umd.umich.edu if your are interested in  joining or if you have questions about this very special Committee!
