Financial Assistance is Available for Workshop Registration!

 

Thanks to generous donors and funding from the members of NAI Region 6, financial assistance for the workshop registration fee is available. These stipends are open to any Region 6 member demonstrating need (not just students, but also professionals, seasonals, vendors, and volunteers). These stipends will cover 50% of the workshop registration fee, plus 50% of one field trip fee, for up to four individuals. Recipients will be responsible for paying the remaining 50% of fees, plus covering their own travel costs.

 

Selections will be made by a board committee in a blind review (names removed), and all applications will remain confidential. Funds are limited. Priority will be based on need, along with service to NAI and the profession, as well as following application instructions. Instructions are listed on the bottom half of this page.

 

Applications for financial assistance must be received no later than January 12, 2009 to be considered. You may send your application via fax, e-mail, or snail-mail. So that you may register properly for the conference, you will be notified whether or not you are receiving financial assistance by January 19, 2009.
